Plenty of Parking at Bishops Cannings
Follow road through village into field opposite church,.
from field follow onto canal,not the best tow path we've walked bit muddy ! carry onto 2 bridge then to road and onto byways,numerous in Wiltshire. stunning hillsides looks like and a small mountain range ! really .
 a summers day walk as our walk was very misty for entire day but on a clear day views would be stunning.

Plenty of birds around 6 Buzzard,2 Kestrel,Goldfinch flocks,house and tree sparrows although distant and a lone rabbit .

Starting in Tytherington a small village in Wiltshire ,a pleasant walk .

From village then onto byway and into countryside ,with no one  to interrupt our ramble ,no one !!

Passing cows giving birth and eating the afterbirth !  Then onto Great Ridge ,more of of forest really not much in the way of views but a stunning woodland with it seems bird song everwhere !

Good Paths and a return in summer or Autumn a Must .
