Lovely walk on a stunning day with Blue skies and warm sunshine.
Starting in a quiet close in Burnham on Sea and heading towards that big hill in fact the only hill until cheddar,Brent Knoll.
Within Minutes we enter Fields with Meadow ButterCups everywhere and views of the Knoll ahead. Carrying on across B3140 and into Home Farm Caravan Park ,Next A Little church Edithmead Tin church.From here across more fields ,then on up the hill for some Glorious views of the M5,Somerset,Exmoor,Bristol Channel Stunning!After A Dinner stop, the Lighthouse on Coast is your target .Following Route just before coast theres Burnham & Berrow Golf Club Beautiful, with no low flying golf balls on our Visit.On to Beach and the Wooden Lighthouse then 2 miles of sandy beach,before turning up the River Brue Estuary.
Wildlife
Reed Warblers,Reed Bunting,Buzzard,Kestrel,Oystercatcher,Gren Heron,Blackcap few Dragonflies as well.

Starting From Uphill A Walk with a bit of everything !
Follow road down hill into Uphill passingThe Bristol to Exeter railway line which runs through a STEEP cutting between Uphill and nearby Bleadon. This cutting is spanned by a high brick bridge known as "Devil's Bridge" and designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. .
On to Yacht Club And estuary following old sea wall with the songs of birds everywhere Reed Bunting,Warbler, Blackcap.
Following on pass sewage works where A Glossy ibis was Present !! our morning was very misty but views towards Brean Down are to right. Then on to River Axe passing burger van for those who missed breakfast !
Then A bit of uphill to to top of Bleadon Hill Passing Upper Canada ? Then Bluebells cover the floors of woods here. Across Bleadon Golf Club Then A Veiw Point towards Exmoor and Beyond on A clear day ,ours not ! Down 200ft then to top again and end !
